Nature has always given us more, unbelievably a lot more than we can even imagine. I am always astonished by its magnanimity. And what have we given in return? Nothing except extraction. Nature doesn’t expect anything in return either, but just love & care. Is it too much to ask for?
Sometimes it breaks my heart to see the world going through this climate crisis – extreme weather conditions and its impact. And sadly this climate crisis is man-enabled not nature. The greed for more, more and more has unfortunately got us into this situation. In the name of expansion and development, we have overlooked the fact that it can only bear till a certain limit.
Each time we are in nature, or amidst nature, besides admiring its beauty, I am also strangely engulfed with a fear; fear of nature’s fury.
