A wish!

This is Sania, one of the children who visits us regularly on Sundays for the special classes at our Training Center for women’s development. She is very cute, lively and chirpy. Yesterday, when we were interacting with the whole bunch of kids, I observed her keenly on her innocence and naivety. Oblivious of the happenings around, grief and future…how blissfully she had embraced her life.  For her, life was nothing more than living in the present and having loads of fun. I know it’s silly but candidly speaking; a transitory  fear had suddenly punched my mind that “she was born as a girl”!

Today I make a wish that she remains the same all her life and grows up to be a strong, successful woman of strength and character.
