Aaaj suddenly I planned to cook dinner and then I rummaged through my kitchen to check for have and have nots. I found a few eggs, ridge gourd, green chillies, onions..etc…and this is what I cooked in an hours’ time for my beloved family in a true bangla style : “Deemer Dalna(Egg Curry), Zhinge poshto (ridge gourd cooked with khus khus paste)” , daal and steaming rice!
