Another twin blasts in the city of Hyderabad tears apart the peace and harmony that prevailed in the twin city claiming lives of several and leaving so many injured. This proves that no one is safe & sound. Further, death may stalk you anywhere! Thanks to the tight security that our governement has arranged for the civilians. The DEMOCRATIC government of the people, by the people and for the people.
When all the damage is done, OUR leaders wake up and tighten up the security, visit the places & victims just to show off that they are concerned. But their concerns never result in action…Who should be blamed, the terrorists or the system??? Terrorists, if only they could understand its hienous they wouldn’t have attempted. Just like Lord Christ said,.”Forgive them for they do not know what they do”!! But, we can certainly correct our systems in place and take extra precautions to save the lives of common people..!!

S.E.
Terrorism is a dreadful and despicable war on humanity, on civilization, and on all that has been ever conceived down the ages by the human race on the long road to progress. In smoky bar rooms and dusty chai shops, however, I have often been slipped objections by purists who attempt to argue that terrorists are, in fact, idealists espousing worthy causes, including sometimes political, sometimes economic and, at most other times, religiously-correct ideologies.
Pardon me, but I do not accept this argument. Pardon me, if I cannot agree that a terrorist can ever be an idealist. And pardon me, if I can never ever find it in my heart to justify terrorism. I cannot ever agree that a terrorist can justify a cause, no matter how worthy, by shedding the blood of even one innocent person — that of an innocent father, a mother, a brother, a sister or, worse, a trusting child.
Please do not mistake me – I do not say that terrorists are not rational people. They are, and in most cases, have the best of rational justification for the terror they unleash. They are, after all, like any of us, likely to be equally distressed by what they perceive as social, economic, political or even religious discrimination bordering on injustice. Be that as it may, can anyone really “justify” the criminal use of force, or the abominable exercise of violence to intimidate sections of people, a community somewhere, a state by itself or even a country to further their social, political or religious objectives?
Can the end ever “justify” the bloody means? Again, the purists may debate this, and debate this for hours on end in rooms far removed from blood-splattered streets and the killing fields. The purist may seek to “justify” the means by glorifying the cause, labeling it as worthy, and lionizing it as an ideal. But when an idealist turns to slaughter, to the cold-blooded massacre of innocents to throw the spotlight on a “worthy” cause, the cause ceases to be “worthy” from that point forth.
From then on, any justification of the “means” becomes meaningless, the very “cause” becomes immoral, and any discussion on the subject becomes worthless. The very discussion on the cause, the terrorists who are wont to dispense damnation in the name of that cause, and the very idealists who seek to justify the cause, should be banished from any serious debate – in any forum, anywhere in the world!
The purists-idealists turned terrorists would have you believe that as long as the cause is worthy, the means do not matter, and the outcome will always be good. I disagree – The outcome of terrorism can never, ever be good. It is always evil. It was always evil. And it will always be evil. The underlying ideologies of terrorism have, and will always, have their roots steeped in narrow-mindedness, hatred and intolerance.
I dream of a world in which every cause, every single individual, every outfit and every movement, big or small, that crosses the line into terrorist territory be forever banished from the realms of civilized thought, life and movement. And I know I will sleep well some night some time soon, for I do not dream alone!

“Terrorists, if only they could understand its hienous they wouldn’t have attempted. Just like Lord Christ said,.”Forgive them for they do not know what they do”!! ”
The difference here is that the terrorists know exactly what they are doing, they may come across as just blindly following the direction of some head honcho, but they are fully aware of the results of their actions. It’s why they volunteer.
Christ’s statements were about the Roman soldiers who had no clue who he was, as they had never studied the Old Testament scriptures. Forgiveness is crucial, but your quote is inaccurate based on its context within the Bible.

Thanks Kjhand for the insight.. I understand your point and I apologise if it has conveyed that way.. I just meant that how can any human being have the soul to kill innocent lives, including children unless they are brainless or heartless to be able to do so under some strong influence!! Or just that they may have undergone so much sufferings in their own lives that they have become worse than cold blooded animals who are rebellious in their own ways!!
