Spider-Man On friend’s persistence I decided to watch this flick Spider-Man 3. I checked the review and gathered a few from my friends and anticipated that it’s not a great one, but still ventured out….considering the previous performances.

…..2 hours and 15 minutes perhaps was the show time, and I breathed a sigh of relief when I came out…thinking what a friend relatively mentioned “a mumbaiya movie in hollywood garb” but great graphics which I must acknowledge!

Friday a very auspicious day for all those who have immense faith in Islam. They offer special prayers in the name of Allah. The congregation at Mecca Masjid is huge, close to 5000. Each one of them have their own prayers in their mind. Someone to recover from illness, some for peace and prosperity, some pray for wellbeing of their near and dear ones etc.. etc. Most of them bring along their kids to instil faith in Almighty God at an early stage of their lives.

An explosion and theres a sudden rush and utter chaos amongst the crowd. Children and women crying and everyone looking for the safety of their loved ones. Victims injured and bleeding profusely. Panic struck amongst all. Three dead bodies and all the prayers went unanswered for most of them. Those who escaped thanked God for being alive. The auspicious day turned out to be inauspicious and became a Black Friday in the history of Hyderabad. The toll rose to 16. That was not all, the policeman opened fire at the agitated.. and angered the already crowd in distress.

May God shower peace to the souls of all those who have been afflicted…and strength to ones who have lost their family members….

Note – Such an inhumane act, terrorizing and scary!!! My whole being is horripulated at the very thought of the sufferings each one of them have experienced live!

How I wish the tears in my eyes would dry up and I would never be able to showcase my weakness!!!!

1. No worries at all,…go for a loooooong drive, watch a “feel-good” movie, have a good meal at a quiet place and unwind.
2. Go to a bookstore, browse through books pick up some of them and go to a quiet place and start reading.
3. Join Salsa classes ;-) , some art/craft workshops.
4. Pamper yourself with a good massage/spa.
5. Be at home, indulge into cleaning the room and the mess around, cook yourself a nice healthy meal, laze around surfing the channels, and then..DOZE offf…without being alarmed!

Anything else…??? Would keep discovering and update it later!!!

5.10 AM and the mobile alarm starts beeping to wake me up. It’s too soggy these days even in the mornings in my room. Reluctantly I wake up and splash fresh water on my face and drive down to a near by park for my morning yoga classes. I have been practicing this now for a month and it’s indeed very revitalizing. The fresh air, greenery, a small lake beside and so many people with an aim towards a healthy living itself is very motivating. People of different age group are seen to be jogging, exercising, and walking around. Due to summer vacation even kids join their elders and enjoy the charm of nature and play around cricket, badminton, etc.

Everyday I am the last one to join the group, due to my sluggishness :-( . The class starts with a meditation and surya namaskar followed by various other yog vyayams! Stretching here and there not only makes me flexible but burns out my calories too. Finally it’s the pranayam that leaves you with a fresh mind, body and soul.

After an hour I take some time off to sit beside the lake and breathe the cool air breezing across my face which dries all the sweat away. With such an enriching experience I am ready to face the day ahead and it keeps me energized throughout the day!
